Amazon Store Manager Roles at eData4You
eData4You is a remote ecommerce services company based in New Delhi, India. We manage Amazon seller accounts, product catalogs, and marketplace operations for ecommerce brands across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
We are hiring Amazon Store Managers to join our growing remote teams and virtual assistants marketplace team. This is a client-facing operations role where you will be responsible for managing day-to-day account activity, maintaining listing health, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver results for clients.
What Does an Amazon Store Manager Do at eData4You?
An Amazon Store Manager at eData4You manages client accounts on Amazon Seller Central and, in some cases, Amazon Vendor Central. The role covers the full scope of account operations, beyond listing uploads alone.
Core Responsibilities
Account Health Monitoring You will monitor each client account’s health metrics daily: Order Defect Rate, Late Shipment Rate, Valid Tracking Rate, and policy compliance. When metrics are at risk, you will identify the cause and coordinate the response before Amazon takes action.
Listing Management You will manage product listings including title optimization, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, category placement, and variation relationships. You will monitor for suppressed or inactive listings and resolve issues through Seller Central or case management.
Inventory Coordination You will work with clients to monitor stock levels, flag reorder timing, and manage FBA shipment creation and reconciliation. You will track stranded inventory, unfulfillable units, and aged stock, and coordinate disposition decisions.
Advertising Oversight You will monitor Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns for performance. You will flag underperforming campaigns, recommend bid adjustments, and coordinate with our advertising specialists on strategy changes.

Case Management You will open and follow up on cases with Amazon Seller Support for listing issues, fee disputes, FBA discrepancies, and policy appeals. Strong written communication and persistence are required for effective case resolution.
Reporting You will prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients covering sales, advertising spend, account health, and operational actions taken. Reports should be clear enough for a non-technical client to understand and act on.
Client Communication You will be the primary operational contact for your assigned accounts, joining regular calls, responding to client questions, and flagging issues proactively rather than waiting for clients to raise them.

Estimated recoverable capacity
Per week
Per month
Monthly headline figures are rounded. This values time, rather than predicting a cash saving.
The assumptions behind the estimate
- Base recovery
- 60%of weekly operations time
- Catalog factor
- 1.00–1.40×1 + SKUs ÷ 2,000, capped at 1.40×
- Monthly conversion
- 4.33 weekstime valued at $35 per hour
Weekly hours × 60% × catalog factor × 4.33 = monthly capacity. Actual capacity depends on the work you can delegate.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this role fully remote, or is some office time required?
Fully remote. You work from your own setup and coordinate with our team and clients across time zones - there's no expectation of office presence.
Do I need Amazon Vendor Central experience to apply?
No, it's listed as preferred but not required. Seller Central experience is the requirement; Vendor Central familiarity is a plus we'll factor in during review.
Will I be managing new seller accounts or established ones?
Established accounts. You'll be assigned to clients with existing sales histories rather than accounts starting from zero, which means the groundwork of account health and listing setup is typically already in place.
What happens after I submit my application?
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and qualified candidates hear back within five business days. There's no fixed hiring cycle to wait for.
Can I apply if I've only completed an Amazon training course, without hands-on experience?
No. This role requires real operational experience managing Seller Central accounts - training courses alone don't meet the bar, since the day-to-day work assumes you already know how the platform behaves under real conditions.
Conclusion
This role is built for someone who already knows what running an Amazon account actually involves - the listing side, yes, but also account health, advertising oversight, and the case management that keeps a client's business protected. If that's the work you're already doing independently and you want the structure of a team behind you, we'd like to hear from you.
