- Variant selector is clear (size/colour label, not just a dropdown)
- Out-of-stock variants are clearly marked (not just greyed out)
- Sticky Add to Cart bar on mobile
- Button is above the fold on desktop
Post-Add Behaviour
- Cart drawer (vs. redirect to cart page) — reduces friction
- Upsell or frequently-bought-together shown after add to cart
- Clear path to checkout (not buried under related products)
